One can still stay active notwithstanding your old age. You dont have to let the monotony of your daily routines slow you down. Actually, it would be very rewarding if you went out of your way and revitalized your body, mind, and soul instead of sulking and doing what is ordinary. Actively participating in various activities will always make you feel better about yourselves. The choice is yours. You either take control of your life or grow old and miserable both on the inside and the outside. The former will make you enjoy life in the face of aging. Past mistakes should be seen for what they truly are, and that is the past. Learn to have deeper insights in the wrong and look at the past as a source of wisdom and strength to face the future. Bury the past and forget or else you will look crushed and tattered.

Two kinds of old age are known that is: One that affects the physical body and the other that goes straight to your mental health. The aging process of the former cannot be stopped, but you can certainly fight the latter if your mind is kept lively and vigorous. Real heroes are those who are able to meet the challenges of old age. Having wisdom by your side is the foundation of real life and Its only after learning how to enjoy what you have that you will be victorious in fighting the process of aging.
