Make Exercise Pleasurable yet Healthy

Pose for five full breaths. To take up a notch, bring your bent leg to the side, and hold for another five breaths. Bring your leg to the front and place it back down on the floor. Go all over the same entire process with your other leg.

The Tree: First, lift your right foot and place it on your left inner thigh. Then bring your hands to prayer position on your chest and hold for five breaths, while keeping your balance. For the notch and extra challenge, open up both arms above your head without losing your prater position. You need to keep your shoulders down and away from your ears, and your chest lifted though. Give yourself five full breaths again, before lowering your arms and bent leg, and change sides.

One Foot with Extended Leg:Start by assuming a straight body position, shoulder pilled down, and chest lifted. Place your hands on your hips. To get it more interesting and intriguing, lift your left leg, and concentrate on keeping the weight on your standing leg. If still not challenging enough, bring your lifted leg higher, and then hold for five breaths. Do the same moves with the next leg.

That is not the end of the story. You need to accompany the above with a healthy diet, a 30-minutes daily walk or some form of cardio exercise. Consider doing a toning workout at home regularly. Before you realize it, you will be carrying an attractive all eyes on you rear. Remember to spice up your exercise to make it more enjoyable and fun. Bring in a music player, and listen to your favorite songs. That way, exercise becomes fun even while being done at home.
