Spice up your Exercise Routine

Spice up your Exercise Routine
Its time to let go of that monotonous and boring workout. Take charge and spice it up if you want to live your life to the fullest. Step one: eat slow-digesting carbs two hours prior to your workout. This allows you to torch more fat and get more endurance compared to if you eat white pasta, a fast-digesting carb ahead of your training. Dont eat anything else other than bagels, beans, or oats. These are whole wheat and have proven to be very efficient for you. Keep away from high-fat meals four hours before training. Hogging a fatty meal tightens your blood vessels for up to four hours implying that you will get less blood to your muscles, a smaller pump, and a prolonged time for recovery.

Step number: take amino acids 45 minutes ahead of your actual exercise. It helps increase your reps significantly. Keep your head up at all times. Think about something negative, then drop your chin, and do this with your eyes closed. Before letting go of that thought, raise your head. Thoughts become more pictorial when you drop your chin and this clears it all away by the time you are done with your set. Next, take caffeine an hour before you storm the favorite fitness center. It will help you go an extra mile. Two cups of coffee will also give you the same effect. However, you risk feeling bloated and sluggish if you drink it in excess. An energy drink can do as well if you are one of those not into coffee.

At the gym, do the stretches after workout, not before. Usually, static stretches make you a lot more flexible if done after the training while dynamic stretches are more effective prior to starting your workout. One thing you need to know is that it is easier to stretch muscles after they have been warmed up.

As you do your sets, dont accept failure. A workout with one set to failure maximizes strength better than taking no sets to failure entirely. When you get to do more though, your strength gain could drop significantly. You play safe when you talk to your instructor or expert before you sketch out your program. When doing your cardio, it is advisable that you focus your mind on something else so as not to feel the monotony. Even if you centered your minds on something draggy, your workout will be a lot easier than if you concentrated on your feeling at that particular time.

If you are a fan of protein shake, consider adding some little whey into it. it significantly lowers your calorie intake. Try eating lots grapefruit to keep lean. Consume about half of it three times a day. The acid contained in this fruit slows down digestion, thereby making you feel full longer and keeping your weight in check. You dont have to visit the sauna every time you go to the gym. It drains your body of a lot of water. In its place, you could try to alternate three minutes of hot and one minute of cold shower. Give these suggestions a try and you will not regret having invested your time in them.
