Maintaining your ideal weight can be a tug of war even after going on a diet. </p>

<p>Get into the right health routine, exercise being an option for the start. You hardly have any time left  to start taking your health seriously. That is why you need to establish a routine now. Starting with small manageable changes can be very helpful. Take a 30 minutes walk daily and build on that. In due course, you can start working on your strength by inserting strengthening exercises in your schedule. </p>
<p>Exercise on a regular basis will be in vain if you are still eating unhealthy. You also need to start watching what you eat. Your body will tend to store more fat now that your estrogen and progesterone levels are staggeringly low. You would not want that to happen to you. Reduce on how much carbohydrates you take in. Focus more on eating more lean meat, fruits, and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and take a lot of fiber. Be careful not to eat too much in every meal. Small portions help give your brain time to assimilate when you have taken in enough. </p>
<p>The only way you can maintain your looks and health during, and after menopause is living healthy. Your body will remain at its peak because it is nourished with the nutrients and the appropriate exercise it needs. More over maintaining your weight saves you from a number of diseases and ailments, thereby enabling you to live a more lengthened pleasurable life. </p>

After all it will not last forever. To come out successful however, women need to develop a good sense of humour. Its very important in lowering the levels of stress. Preventing weight gain or losing it is as easy as doing a simple walking routine three to four times a week, accompanied by adjusting your lifestyle choices which in fact applies to men as well. You can avert the potential negative side effects of menopause by influencing your progression through it.  All you need to do is to take full control of your body, and be certain that you have all it takes to see you through you successfully.</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong></strong>It&#8217;s a non-hormonal treatment but fuctions like a hormonal treatment.<strong></strong></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">They say that it doesn&#8217;t have to be taken 365 days a year in their usage dosage. The claims that it works like this: take Amberen for 3 months, rest for 3 months, take it again for 3 months, and another 3 months rest.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">They have a <a href="http://www.fountainofyouthonline.net/amberenf.php" target="_blank">free trial</a>, a BBB (Better Business Bureau) accredited business badge, and a 30-days money back guarantee.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">It only<span class="text_reg"><span class="text_reg"> contains only 100% natural ingredients. All are on FDA’s approved Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) list.</span></span></li>
</ol>
<p><span class="text_reg">Okay</span> that&#8217;s the good things. What about the BAD things? Here ya go, you might find it shocking!</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Their clinical research is from Russia.</strong> Meaning all the studies that supposedly back up their claim is based on a study done there. This can bring doubts. <strong>The question is not about the ability, but why Russia? Surely doing the test in the United States is easier and more credible for a product being sold in the states?</p>

Empty lot? That&#8217;s weird.

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Based on collective comments of the</strong><strong> user, it can cause weight gain, acne, and period.</strong></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Does Amberen deliver results? Not all have results. And even the ones that have result reported they have to increase the dosage of the treatment to achieve some sort of benefit from Amberen. There&#8217;s no such thing as a miracle cure, so you have to take this in consideration before buying the product.</p>
